  I farm with Ms Liang Yenni near Wuzhishan, Hainan, a small city in the Hainan Highlands, the central location of Li ethnic group and a population exhibiting folks from all over the Provinces of China. The climate is one of the best year round anyplace in the world, averaging 22 C in a year.

  Ms Liang's enterprise is Festival Organic Agricultural Base, small, 20 mu, but very efficient, marketing fruits and vegetables in conformance to the USDA National Organic Standards for sale to Yalong Bay 5 star hotels and other restaurants.

  We are seeking a couple to learn organic farm production and work in the development and production of our new farm over the next couple years and longer if they are interested. We provide a monthly income, starting at 600 RMB per person per month for full time workers 44 hours per week, 4 weeks a month, a new living home building of 24 square meters on the farm, and access to the produce produced for ones own food consumption.

  Heavy work farm production like field preparation, bed forming, etc is mechanical. We have a 70 hp tractor, and associated equipment from planters to potato or root harvester.

  At this point, agriculturally, we are planting tree crops, avocado, coffee, citrus, etc on the hillsides, have cleared the fields and ready to plant some cash crops and green manure crops.
  We have funds and all the tools to implement construction of the workshop/residence and the working residence mentioned above, the hydropowered electric supply, septic system, etc.

  An interested person would have the opportunity to learn organic production and marketing skills as well as well as work with us in various steel, and wood fabrication and construction skills over the coming 4 months.
