      We are a newly built rural community ('feature town') called Lucitopia Town located in a remote and beautiful nature of a national forest park in Jiangxi Province. The Lucitopia Town is positioned as a 'creative industry eco town' which aims to incorporate a balance of Ecology, Living and Production (ELP) to create and develop a town that characterizes Ecological Civilization and a new form of Creative Industry. To date, we have established the Lucitopia Creative Center which was re-designed and transformed from a former garment factory, providing such facilities and spaces as offices, a multi-purpose space, a maker space and a bar. In addition, our first camp 'Miiix Box Camp' is now functioning, the Camp is designed and built entirely based on recycled shipping containers, which comprises living units, a canteen, convenience store, laundry and reception center. The fully equipped living unit has a simple and comfortable design, including the bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, toilet and shower. A vegetable and rice farm is being planned and prepared in this camp, in which vagetables and herbs will be growing around the containers where people sleep, additionally, a fish pond is also being prepared near the canteen.
