      We have small 50 acre organic farm located in Huanghua Town near the airport in a village called Dongtang just outside Changsha downtown. We have a house which we are just about to rent out, a 6 acre woodland and a big reservoir. Our aim is to be self sufficient and we're very interested in permaculture.
      We have an 50 years old house attached to our house . Alternatively you could camp out in the field in summer.
      We're looking for Woofers to assist with hosting, farming , working on the organic vegetable garden, looking after the shed and repairing rebuilding and construction.
      We have a unique set up in that we are part of a village which is only 10 mins from a town (with a direct path there) so there's plenty to do in your free time.
      So if you like the sound of any of the above tasks or fancy getting our handy dirty, please get in touch.
      We only just bought this organic farm in Nov 2018 which was previously let out to a local farmer for fishing. Our aim is to become as close to self sufficient as possible and, in time, to build a couple of cob type houses on the land with the aim of holiday lets and running occasional learning retreats (Song is also a college teacher).
