    • Climate: Our location in Yangshuo, Guangxi, experiences a subtropical monsoon climate characterized by mild winters and hot, humid summers. Rainfall is relatively high throughout the year, with a rainy season typically from April to July. Average summer temperatures range from 30°C to 35°C (86°F to 95°F), while winter temperatures usually stay between 10°C and 15°C (50°F to 59°F). Although winter is generally mild, it can still feel chilly and damp due to the humidity. Volunteers should pack both light, breathable clothing for the summer heat and warmer layers for cooler, damp winter conditions.

    Thank you for your interest in volunteering with us at Yangshuo Picturesque Resort in Yangshuo. We’re excited to welcome you to our peaceful corner of Guangxi, where you can experience rural life by the Li River, help us maintain our organic gardens, and learn about sustainable hospitality.

    As a volunteer, your daily tasks may include:
