- Message to WWOOFers:
Hello my friend, welcome to Wenqu!
We are a growing community of educators and families centered around a 12-acre farm. Here, we cultivate a diverse range of produce including vegetables, fruits, rice, and flowers. Our farm is also home to a variety of animals, including chickens, ducks, rabbits, and goats. We are also turning this farm into a school, aiming to engage in playful, project-based, and real learning experiences with children by organizing a wide array of events and programs. In addition, we wish to explore different modes of business to remain organic and non-traditional. We are confident that everyone will find things that interest her/him in our place, and it will be more than thrilling if you are interested in starting a project of your own!
Welcoming individuals from diverse backgrounds and walks of life to our community is one of our greatest joys. Our children will for sure learn a lot from you and gain a deeper understanding of the world. Although we welcome both short and long-term visits, we encourage our volunteers to stay with us and the children for as long as their time allows. Our desire is to form genuine connections, allowing you to get to know us well, just as we hope to get to know you. Together let's live, learn, and turn your visit into golden memories. We look forward to sharing an enriching journey with you!
