      【Who we are】 Xiaohangkeng is located in a village in Anji, Zhejiang, China. We are committed to creating a creative cultural eco-camp that offers urban-people an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city while providing employment opportunities for local farmers, enabling them to lead better lives.
      【What you can get】 Here, you can slow down and reconnect with yourself amidst breathtaking natural beauty. Here, you will have the opportunity to learn about China's cutting-edge environmental initiatives and green actions, becoming a guardian of nature. Here, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in the intangible cultural heritage of Southeastern China, sharing your own cultural background and contributing to a multicultural atmosphere, experiencing the flow of culture.
      We provide volunteers with three meals a day and local accommodation. Regardless of your age, profession, or gender, as long as you can commit at least TWO MONTHS of your time, you are welcome to apply!
      【Bonus skills】 Fluency in Mandarin is a plus, as many of our camp staff are local villagers. In addition, we will prioritize candidates with the following skills: photography, woodworking, guest hosting and reception (experience in hotels or guesthouses), plumbing and electrical maintenance, campsite (tent) setup, outdoor sports instruction, and more.
